[-empyre-] digestive problems and DAC

Hi folks

There have been a few problems again with the digest version which has not
been arriving on time: I have been in contact with Melinda about this and
apparently the uni are using some new software which has bugs in it.  She
has now switched me to "raw" so I will get the emails as they come in, but
if you are on digest you might want to be alert to this.

I am going down to the DAC conference tonight.  I will get back to the list
on Friday and respond to posts then (or before if its convenient).
